These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Window Peeper AI (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Window Peeper AI turns a photo into a short Window Peeper-style video. Results vary with the source image, and the Service may change its creative effect, availability, prices, or features over time.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in material you submit. You give the Service and its providers the limited permission needed to transmit, process, and transform that material to create your requested result and operate the Service. You are responsible for your inputs, your use of the result, and compliance with applicable law and third-party rights.

Purchases

Prices and what is included are shown before checkout. Payments are handled by the payment provider. Applicable consumer rights remain available as required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls, or use it for unlawful activity. We may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other people, or legal obligations.

Availability and results

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Creative output can differ from the source photo and may not meet every expectation. Review a result before publishing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service does not make warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Ownership

The website, software, design, and Window Peeper AI branding remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not grant rights in third-party platforms, templates, music, names, or marks.

Changes

The Service and these Terms may be updated. The revised effective date will be shown when changes are published. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
